Sue Yulis was named Early Childhood Director in September of 2023. Sue has spent her professional career in Early Childhood Education at Temple Shaaray Tefila. During that time, she has held numerous positions in the Nursery School, including Assistant Teacher, Head Teacher, Parenting Program Director and Assistant Director of Early Childhood. Sue and her husband Iggy raised their two children, Reed and Ilana, here on the Upper East Side, both of whom have attended Shaaray Tefila’s Parenting, Nursery School, Religious School, and Pathways programs. In taking on the role of Early Childhood Director she brings with her many years of experience, her deep connection to the TST community and her belief that relationships are at the center of all that we do.
