Taking action, together

The Talmud teaches that we should not be daunted by the enormity of the world’s grief, but to be energized in our ability to make a difference, saying…

“You are not obligated to complete the work, but neither are you free to neglect it.”

~ Pirkei Avot 2:16

Tikkun Olam, the Jewish tenet of repairing the world, is an opportunity for all of us to strive to leave the earth better than we found it. We actively create opportunities to learn, organize, and take action, so that together we can bring justice and healing to our neighborhood, city, nation, and planet.
