Parenting Program
Early childhood is a time of discovery, growth, and connection—where children and their adults engage in shared experiences that nurture joyful learning and meaningful relationships.

What We Offer
We offer classes for families and their children from birth to 18 months as well as parent workshops throughout the year. Each class is facilitated by an early childhood professional and is structured to highlight child development, explore the joys and challenges of parenting, and foster a sense of community. Jewish traditions and values are woven into each class.

Gesher
For children two years of age by December 31, 2025
Day/Time: Tuesdays and Thursday Mornings – Full Year
September – December: 90 minutes
January – June: 2 Hours
Gesher, meaning “bridge” in Hebrew, is a class thoughtfully designed to ease the transition from adult/child classes to traditional nursery school. This program offers interactive classroom experiences while gently fostering independence, working toward a gentle separation during the first half of the school year. Meeting twice a week, Gesher offers a nurturing, warm environment where trust is built, and children are encouraged to explore new materials and activities.
Children acclimate to the school setting by engaging in classroom activities that spark creativity and curiosity, while forming meaningful connections with their peers and teachers. The class also celebrates Shabbat and holidays in an interactive and engaging manner, with activities like circle time, movement, cooking, art, and snack time integrated into the curriculum.
The application for the 2025-2026 year is closed. If you would like more information or to join the waitlist, please contact Sue Yulis.
