Building Community Through Family Traditions: Tu Bisvhat with L'dor Vador

In person only
Open to members & non-members
Let's celebrate the Birthday of the Trees! Outside may be cold, but tradition teaches that this is a time of hope and anticipation. While we hope for what spring will bring the earth begins to prepare, we begin to prepare, and we know that growth is on the horizon.
We will have beautiful fruit, color changing grape juice, music, games, and joy! Take time to acknowledge and appreciate all the work that allows us to enjoy the tastes and spaces nature provides! Let’s come together to create community and memories that will last longer than the bits of freeze dried strawberries on our tongues and fingertips.
If you or anyone in your family has a favorite spot in nature, please send photos to sgayer@tstnyc.org! We would love to include those in the traditions we will create together as we make meaning of this delightful holiday!
Please register in advance so that there will be enough bounty for everyone, and less waste! A light lunch will be served.
