Join Rabbi Mosbacher for a public conversation with Nate DiMeo, creator of the pioneering podcast, The Memory Palace.
For fifteen years, Nate DiMeo has been recording the podcast in the guest room in his L.A. home, turning to the past to make sense of the way we live today, finding beauty and meaning in history’s dustier corners, holding things up to the light and weaving facts, keen insight, wit, and poignant observation into unforgettable tales. DiMeo is a Peabody Award finalist, a former artist in residence at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, a former reporter, editor and producer for public radio, a finalist for the Thurber Prize in American humor for co-writing a book about the NBC television show, Parks and Recreation (for which he has also written). His book, The Memory Palace: True Short Stories of the Past was recently released by Random House.
