Letโs be honest. By the end of Passover, we have all had just about enough "bread of affliction." Your kitchen counters are covered in matzah crumbs, your toaster is lonely, and you are officially ready for something that actually rises. Join Rabbi Mosbacherย as we celebrate the return ofย chametzย in the best way possible. This isn't just a baking class; it is a communal transition from the constraints of Egypt to the warmth and deliciousness of fresh, braided challah. Don't let your post-Passover transition be a lonely piece of whole wheat. Come knead, braid, and bake with us! N_o experience necessary. All participants will leave the workshop with a pair of their own hand-crafted challot ready to be baked in your oven or frozen for a future occasion. There is no charge for the workshop, butย registration is requiredย and spots are limited.ย _ Register by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 7.
