Delve into the world of pickling the old-fashioned way with Manna’s Chef-in-Residence Liz Alpern. You’ll learn about the exciting world of fermentation and why it’s such an important feature of Eastern European Jewish cuisine—and global cuisine as a whole.

This is a hands-on class and everyone will take home a jar!

No previous experience necessary. All ages and stages are welcome. Light (and pickly) snacks will be provided.
