2025 High Holy Days Food Drive

“This is the fast I want – share your food with those who are hungry!” - Isaiah 58

On our one day of fasting, we follow the Jewish tradition of denying ourselves food. Many of our neighborhood’s families do not have this privilege of choice. But, we can make a difference!

This year, our High Holy Days Food Drive supports the Backpack Buddies mission of filling “backpacks” with 6 weekend meals to send to the children and their families of our partner organizations at the LSA Family Health Services (LSA) and Association to Benefit Children at the Graham School (ABC).

How can I help?

Order shelf-stable food to fill the backpacks from Instacart/Costco or Amazon. Click on the store name for the lists of needed items.

Orders should be scheduled for delivery from SEPTEMBER 22 through OCTOBER 10.
