Originally from Rehovot, Israel, Tamir has lived in New York City since 2000 and brings a commitment to sustainability, ethical food, and zero-waste practices to all of her endeavors. She will discuss the reality of being an Israeli restaurant owner since October 7 as well as her view of consciousness capitalism as an NYC business owner.
Delicious tastings from Chef Naama will be provided for all attendees!
