Guided by Rabbi Reines, engage in a process of intense spiritual exploration and growth through study, prayer, and Jewish mindfulness meditation.
This is not a frontal lecture course. Using a curriculum crafted by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, this guided exploration will utilize experiential learning to deepen spiritual awareness and practice. It requires a willingness to delve deep, an openness to sharing and intensively hearing, a commitment to attendance, individual reading and preparation, and participation in biweekly chevruta (partnership study with another group member).

- Talmud Torah (the study of Torah) as a Mindfulness Practice
