Do you wish you could be more present in your life? In a busy busy world, it can be hard to slow down, get in touch with our inner lives, and be present for what is. Did you know that there are deeply rooted Jewish practices that can help us all do that? Rabbi Mosbacher has been on his own 3 year journey to develop these practices in his own life. Join him for four sessions, even if you’ve never meditated before, as we meditate, sing, a study in ways that can help us feel more grounded and present to the moments in our lives. No previous experience required. (This program will be in person only)

Dates: Wednesdays, November 2, 16, 30, & December 7
(there are no sessions on November 9 & 23)
