The Parent Support Network of Shaaray Tefila
Tuesday, August 25 @6:30pm-7:30pm
No parent should suffer alone and in silence when a child is struggling with his or her mental health.
Supporting our kids means supporting their parents and caregivers! Parenting can be challenging under the best of circumstances, but when a child, teenager, or young adult struggles with emotional, mental or behavioral health problems, parenting can be overwhelming and isolating. The Parent Support Network provides parents who are concerned about their children’s mental health with an opportunity to find and support each other in a safe space. Join us for a free and confidential virtual support meeting.
The value of offering this group became clear through Shaaray Tefila’s mental health programs with our community organizing partner Manhattan Together. The group is led by TST member Adrienne Berman who has been trained by Randi Silverman of the Parent Support Network.
