During our Shabbat service, we’ll learn from Kate Ryan, Senior Director of Government Relations at NARAL Pro-Choice America.
Repro Shabbat is an opportunity to celebrate the critical importance of reproductive health access, reproductive rights, and reproductive justice, and to learn more about Judaism’s approach to these issues. Reproductive freedom is a Jewish value.

About Kate Ryan:
Kate Ryan is the Senior Director of Government Relations at NARAL Pro-Choice America where she oversees the development and implementation of legislative and advocacy strategies at the federal and state level to advance reproductive freedom policy goals and defend against anti-choice attacks. Previously, she led the women’s health safety program at the National Women’s Health Network, worked on healthcare reform and women’s issues for U.S. Representative Joe Sestak (D-PA), and worked to advance women’s health and economic rights in the Middle East and North and West Africa. Kate received her Masters of Public Administration from the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
